Cinema-Specific Features 

These are the specs that make the "Cinema" version unique compared to the standard Mini Evo.

Shooting Modes:

Still Mode: Standard photo capture (same as original Evo).

Cine Mode: A dedicated switch allows you to capture short video clips.  

Video Recording:

Resolution: 600 x 800 (Standard) or 1440 x 1080 (High Quality).  

Frame Rate: 24p (Cinematic frame rate).  

Clip Length: Records short clips (up to 15 seconds) which the camera/app stitches together into a single video (up to 30s via app).  

Playback: Prints from video mode include a QR code that plays the video when scanned (similar to the Instax LiPlay).  

Unique Effects (The "Eras" Dial):

• Instead of just standard colors, the Cinema edition often features an "Eras" dial allowing you to cycle through film looks from different decades (e.g., 1930s grainy B&W, 1980s vibrant colors, 2020s sharp/rich).

Under the hood, the hardware remains largely consistent with the standard Mini Evo platform.

Sensor: 1/5-inch CMOS with primary color filter.  

Resolution:

Digital Image: 2560 \times 1920 pixels (approx. 5 Megapixels).  

Print Resolution: 1600 \times 600 dots (creates a high-quality instant print).  

Lens:

Focal Length: 28mm (35mm equivalent) – Wide angle.  

Aperture: f/2.0 (Fixed).  

Focus: Single AF (Auto Focus) with Focus Illuminator.  

Focus Range: 10 cm to \infty.

Creative Combos:

10 Lens Effects: (e.g., Vignette, Soft Focus, Blur, Fisheye, Light Leak).  

10 Film Effects: (e.g., Vivid, Pale, Monochrome, Sepia, Retro).  

• Note: On the Cinema edition, the Film Effects dial may be replaced or augmented by the "Eras" dial depending on the specific regional model.

4. Connectivity & Storage

Storage Media: Internal memory (approx. 45 images) or microSD / microSDHC card (approx. 850 images per 1GB).

App Connectivity: Bluetooth Ver. 4.2 / 5.x (depending on model year). Connects to the Instax Mini Evo App for:

Direct Print: Print photos from your smartphone camera roll.  

Remote Shooting: Use phone as a shutter button.

Transferred Images: Save printed Evo photos to your phone with the Instax frame.
