Shipping & Delivery

We ship our products worldwide.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and the size of the box.

Shipping is free on all orders of over $399.
(Not included Wooden Chair or over 1KG)

If any item is returned to us because it was refused or undeliverable, I-m-ageplayground reserves the right to retain the original shipping fee and to incur additional charges related to the return of the undeliverable merchandise to us where necessary.

Pickup
You can pick-up your items in person. You can collect your items at our all shop. If you wish to pick up your items from our shop, please choose the ‘Pickup from Store’ option at checkout. This option is free of charge for all items.
