第 1 步：網上落單
揀返菲林製程同格式，數量＝筒數（3 筒或以上 checkout 自動 9 折，唔使入 code），選項揀埋掃描質素同要唔要底片：

第 2 步：菲林寄俾我哋（點寄都得）
落單後會收到訂單編號——包裹寫低訂單編號，用你方便嘅方式寄嚟：
- 郵政掛號小郵包（約 $20，有追蹤，1–5 筒同價）——菲林輕，最抵寄
- 順豐站/智能櫃——公司或屋企附近放低就得
- 任何速遞——您所選擇嘅都接受
- 門市交收（免費）——親臨本店（地址見聯絡我們）
💡 用泡泡信封/盒裝好；未沖菲林喺一般郵遞運送唔會曝光，記得唔好拆開菲林筒。
第 3 步：收相＋收 Credit
收到菲林就開工，完成後 scan 檔經 WhatsApp / Google Drive 發送俾你。沖掃訂單滿 $140，我哋會喺你嘅會員戶口存入 $20 購物 credit（30 日有效，網店門市都用得）。揀咗「Keep negative」嘅底片可門市取回，或聯絡我哋安排寄返（運費另計）。

未沖嘅菲林寄得唔寄得？寄得，菲林喺一般郵寄/速遞運送唔會曝光。
9 折點拿？同一訂單內沖掃產品合共 3 件或以上，checkout 自動扣，唔使入 code，唔同製程都計埋（例：2 筒 C-41 + 1 筒黑白）。
幾耐有相？視乎製程同當時排單量，C-41 最快，E-6/ECN-2 需時較長，歡迎查詢。

Develop Your Film by Mail 📮
Imageplayground runs its own in-house lab in Hong Kong — C-41, B&W, E-6 and ECN-2. Order online, mail us your film any way you like, and we start as soon as it arrives. 🎟️ 3+ rolls: automatic 10% off. 🎁 Spend $140+ and get $20 store credit back (valid 30 days on film, cameras and accessories). Three steps:
Step 1: Order online
Pick your process and format below. Quantity = number of rolls (3+ rolls get 10% off automatically at checkout). Choose scan quality and whether you want your negatives back:
- 35mm C-41 Colour Negative — Dev & Scan (from $35)
- 35mm B&W (from $40)
- 35mm E-6 Slide (from $80)
- 35mm ECN-2 Motion Picture Film (from $65)
- 35mm Cross Process E to C (from $35)
- 120 C-41 (from $40)

Step 2: Mail us your film — any way you like
After checkout you'll get an order number. Write it on the package and send it however suits you:
- Hongkong Post registered small packet (~$20, tracked, same price for 1–5 rolls) — film is light, this is the cheapest
- SF Express station / smart locker — drop off near your office or home
- Any courier — we accept them all
- In-store drop-off (free) — see Contact Us for the address
💡 Pack in a padded envelope or box. Undeveloped film is safe in normal postal transit — just don't open the canister.
Step 3: Get your scans + credit
We start developing as soon as your film arrives. Scans are delivered via WhatsApp / Google Drive. Lab orders of $140+ earn $20 store credit in your customer account (valid 30 days, online and in store). If you chose "Keep negative", collect your negatives in store or contact us to arrange return shipping (at cost).
FAQ
Is it safe to mail undeveloped film? Yes — ordinary postal and courier transit won't expose your film.
How does the 10% off work? Any 3+ lab items in one order (processes can be mixed — e.g. 2× C-41 + 1× B&W) get 10% off automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Turnaround? Depends on process and queue — C-41 is fastest, E-6/ECN-2 take longer. Ask us anytime.
How does the $20 credit work? Lab orders of $140+ get $20 credited to your customer account — redeemable within 30 days on anything in store or online. Use the same email when you shop.
Buying film too? Orders over HK$399 ship free in Hong Kong. Shoot it, mail it back, repeat.
