- 選擇唔留底片可享 HK$5 折扣。Opt out of keeping negatives for a HK$5 discount.
- 底片由「可領取」電郵發出當日起保留 2 星期;逾期未領視為放棄,並予以銷毀,恕不另行通知。Negatives are kept for 2 weeks from the date of the ready-for-pickup email; uncollected negatives are then treated as abandoned and disposed of without further notice.
- 如沖洗結果為全黑/全白或嚴重曝光問題之底片,恕不設退款。No refunds for negatives that come out completely blank / black or severely over- or under-exposed.
- 如菲林於我哋沖洗過程中損壞(包括但不限於機械故障、藥水或溫度問題),IMG 將退還該筒菲林之沖洗及掃描費用全數,並補償相同類型或等值之未曝光菲林一筒。If film is damaged during our developing process (including but not limited to machine failure, chemistry or temperature issues), IMG will refund the full developing and scanning fees for that roll and provide one replacement unexposed film of the same type or equivalent value.
- 菲林狀況申報。落單時請如實申報菲林狀況(如曾浸水、受潮、發霉、受熱、嚴重過期或曾開啟機背)。如實申報不會影響收費。客人未有申報之已知菲林狀況所導致之結果,不在上述賠償範圍。Declaring film condition. Please declare the condition of your film when ordering (e.g. water damage, damp, mould, heat exposure, significantly expired, or the camera back having been opened). An honest declaration does not affect pricing. Results caused by a known film condition that was not declared fall outside the compensation above.
- E6 及 ECN-2 不設留筒服務。 Keeping the film canister is not available for E6 and ECN-2.
- 沖洗需時:E6 / ECN-2 約 20 個工作天;黑白 B&W 約 7 個工作天;C-41 一般較快(以門市公布為準)。Turnaround: E6/ECN-2 ~20 working days; B&W ~7 working days; C-41 is generally faster (see in-store notice).
- 領取底片至少需等 2–3 日;領取時請出示電郵上的取件編號。Please allow 2–3 days before pickup; present the pickup reference number from your email when collecting.
- 落單後如更改選項,將收取 HK$20 附加費。Changing options after ordering incurs a HK$20 surcharge.
- 賠償上限。無論基於任何理由,IMG 就菲林沖洗及掃描服務之賠償總額,以該筒菲林之沖洗及掃描費用,加相同類型或等值之未曝光菲林一筒為上限。IMG 不就任何間接或衍生損失負責,包括但不限於收入損失、商業損失,或影像之紀念及情感價值。Limit of liability. Whatever the basis of claim, IMG's total liability for film developing and scanning is limited to the developing and scanning fees for that roll, plus one replacement unexposed film of the same type or equivalent value. IMG is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of income, business loss, or the sentimental or commemorative value of the images.
- 郵寄風險。以郵寄或快遞寄送之菲林,寄送途中之遺失或損壞風險由客人承擔。Shipping risk. For film sent by post or courier, the customer bears all risk of loss or damage in transit.
- 保險。如客人認為該筒菲林之影像價值高於菲林本身,請自行購買相關保險。IMG 不提供任何保險。Insurance. If you consider the images on your film to be worth more than the film itself, it is your responsibility to arrange your own insurance. IMG does not provide insurance of any kind.
