- 選擇唔留底片可享 HK$5 折扣。Opt out of keeping negatives for a HK$5 discount.
- 底片由「可領取」電郵發出當日起保留 2 星期;逾期未領視為放棄,並予以銷毀,恕不另行通知。Negatives are kept for 2 weeks from the date of the ready-for-pickup email; uncollected negatives are then treated as abandoned and disposed of without further notice.
- 如沖洗結果為全黑/全白或嚴重曝光問題之底片,恕不設退款。No refunds for negatives that come out completely blank / black or severely over- or under-exposed.
- 如菲林於沖洗過程中因機械問題(例如菲林斷裂卡於沖洗機)而損壞,IMG 只退還沖洗費用,並補償相同類型或等值之未曝光菲林一筒。If film is damaged due to a machine issue during developing (e.g. film snaps and jams in the processor), IMG will refund the developing fee only and provide one replacement unexposed film of the same type or equivalent value.
- E6 及 ECN-2 不設留筒服務。 Keeping the film canister is not available for E6 and ECN-2.
- 沖洗需時:E6 / ECN-2 約 20 個工作天;黑白 B&W 約 7 個工作天;C-41 一般較快(以門市公布為準)。Turnaround: E6/ECN-2 ~20 working days; B&W ~7 working days; C-41 is generally faster (see in-store notice).
- 領取底片至少需等 2–3 日;領取時請出示電郵上的取件編號。Please allow 2–3 days before pickup; present the pickup reference number from your email when collecting.
- 落單後如更改選項,將收取 HK$20 附加費。Changing options after ordering incurs a HK$20 surcharge.
